About Teddy Sherpa Fleece

Polyester Teddy Fleece is a synthetic fabric made primarily from polyester fibers. It features a short, dense fleece surface created through processes such as tufting and pressing. It has characteristics like warmth, durability, and ease of maintenance.

Physical characteristics

1. Thermal insulation: The standard thickness is suitable for environments with temperatures between 10-15°C, and its heat retention properties are superior to those of ordinary wool fabrics.

2. Breathability: A breathability rate of 1200 mm/s per square meter.

3. Wear resistance: After 20 machine wash cycles, the area with balling should be no more than 3% (medium quality).

End-use :

1. Clothing: autumn and winter outerwear, inner layers for sweatshirts, beret hats, and others.

2. Home items: sofa throw blanket.

3. Other: Plush toys, car interior components.
